Fulfillment policy


Order Processing:

1. Order Confirmation: Upon receiving an order, customers will receive an email confirmation with order details.
2. Processing Time: Orders placed by Tuesday will be processed and scheduled for delivery on the upcoming Friday before Shabbat.
3. Custom Orders: Any custom requests should be communicated at least 4 days before the desired delivery date.

Delivery:

1. Delivery Days: Deliveries are made on Fridays before Shabbat.
2. Delivery Zones: We deliver to "Delivery Area"
3. Delivery Confirmation: Customers will receive a notification once their order is out for delivery.

Exceptions and Holidays:

1. Holiday Schedule: Orders placed around holidays or during high-demand periods may be subject to extended processing and delivery times.
2. Unavailable Items: In case of any items being unavailable, customers will be promptly informed and provided with alternatives or a refund.

Returns and Refunds:

1. Return Policy: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there are any issues with the order, customers should contact us for assistance.
2. Refunds: Refunds for valid issues will be processed within 48 hours to the original payment method.
